Do you feel a little bit like Groundhog Day when it comes to joining your slimming club? Some of your friends might have had successes with slimming clubs, but somehow in the long term, they’re just not working for you.
Over the years slimming clubs have come under attack as they’re actually not even promoting healthy eating. They encourage you to follow a low fat/low sugar diet but do not take into account that fat is part of a healthy diet. They also encourage consumption of processed foods, containing artificial sweeteners which are extremely bad for our health.
What else can I do?
It is time to try something different. What if you could eat healthy satisfying foods but still lost weight because your inner mechanisms were reset? You actually stop eating when you’re full. What if you stopped emotional eating or binge eating, therefore not putting regular weight on? To top it all, what if you enjoyed exercising?

We then eliminate your mental blocks one by one and give you tools and techniques to combat emotional eating and stress eating, including a special tool to stop your cravings.
