    Susan delivers healthy eating advice to individuals, groups and businesses. By talking informally about nutrition she encourages people to make small but permanent changes to the foods they eat and lifestyle choices they make.

    Visit Susan’s West Bridgford premises, for a personalised nutrition consultation. Video or phone consultations are also available. She’ll help advise and support you to reach your health or wellbeing goal.

    Being a trained chef allows Susan to develop healthy eating recipes for those that need a helping hand. This led to the creation of her vegan cooking school.  Guests can update their skills, learn new ones and take home tasty vegan meals. Susan also makes vegan ready meals for clients.

    Working with local instructors allows her to offer wellbeing events at her premises such as yoga or Pilates. A vegan lunch or afternoon tea is always included.

She has a passion for common sense and order and believes in a place for everything and everything in its place (and yes her house is a work in progress!).

    She found that a good tidy-up (of a room or cupboard, desk or to do list) helped her to regain a sense of control and made her feel ready to face the world again. She helps them to regain space and often discover hidden gems in busy rooms and overstuffed wardrobes that once re-styled are loved again.
