Come and join me online for my new Online Mindfulness & Resilience Group.
We use Zoom (very simple webinar technology) which makes the meeting very welcoming, friendly and interactive.
We will be able to connect socially via our devices – laptop, tablet or phone with internet access.

As this is not a therapy session, the role of the other group members is to listen and not judge
- What has been working
- What has not
- We share resilience tips
- I lead some mindfulness practices
We feel calmer for the latter part of the evening!
