    I offer a 4 week bespoke hypnotherapy programme to help you overcome insomnia and improve your sleep.

    Initially I will work with you to uncover the subconscious factors that are influencing your sleep patterns. We will use this to develop a personalised hypnotherapy programme that will take you on a short but powerful journey to become to more regular and restful sleeper.

    After completing the programme, you will leave with:

    • A hypnosis routine that will help you drift off to sleep every night
    • A sense of being relaxed, calm and in control
    • All the benefits that come from enjoying a deep, relaxing sleep every night
