Firstly, I will work with you to uncover the subconscious factors that are influencing your sleep patterns. Then we will use this to develop a personalised hypnotherapy programme to improve your sleep.
Your hypnotherapy for insomnia programme will take you on a short but powerful journey to become to more regular and restful sleeper.
After completing the programme, you will leave with:
- A hypnosis routine that will help you drift off to sleep every night
