My name is Samantha. I am a registered hypnotherapist in Nottingham and NHS trained mindfulness coach (MBCT).
My first career was an IT lecturer. My motivation was the joy I felt when students progressed and learned. I loved to see them connect with their family and the wider world.
I discovered hypnotherapy whilst looking for ways to help a family member of my own. It was a revelation! Therefore I trained, became a registered hypnotherapist and gained accreditation from the National Council of Hypnotherapy.
Now I work with hypnotherapy, mindfulness and healing in a variety of contexts. I teach, run workshops, and work with private individuals to improve their well-being. I also work with companies and organisations at my sister company Work Well Practice.
One of my specialties is Online Hypnotherapy.
I began to explore the many benefits that online hypnotherapy could offer way before the Covid-19 lockdown!
My initial motivation was helping clients with restricted mobility. But I found it also offered clinical benefits due to a greater degree of privacy, comfort and relaxation.
I have extensive experience in combining hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques to help with issues such as:

- Quitting smoking
- Improving sleep
- Stress and anxiety
- Exam anxiety and performance
- Pain relief and Rapid Pain Elimination
- Phobias (e.g. fear of needles)

To this end I use a combination of hypnotherapy and mindfulness to effect safe and gentle change for the client. We work together to help free you from any unhelpful patterns and habits that have been holding you back.
I want to remain affordable in order to help as many people as possible.
With over 10 years’ experience as a registered hypnotherapist, I know that lasting change can be achieved in just a few sessions (anywhere from a single session to a short programme of 6 sessions, depending on your requirements).
I offer highly successful online hypnotherapy sessions. In-person sessions are also available at my lovely practice – just 3 miles from Nottingham city centre.

My name is Ken, I’m 67 years old and I’m a non smoker. I couldn’t have said that two weeks ago but after two sessions with Samantha I no longer feel the urge to smoke and after fifty years of smoking that is a mighty statement.
